• On acceptance of an offer, we are very hands on and to ensure quick results and to avoid unnecessary delays we assist buyers to speed up the bond application process by putting them in touch with bond consultants if needed.
• The fully signed Offer to Purchase and all FICA documents are sent to the transferring attorney who will open a file and contact all parties involved.
• To ensure a smooth process and to provide any needed assistance, we keep in touch with all parties involved, including the bond consultant and transferring attorney.
• Regular updates are provided until date of transfer, and we are happy to help with any queries.
