We are passionate about personalised and professional service and will provide guidance on the latest rental prices being achieved in the area.

Finding the right tenant is crucial in preventing unnecessary issues and so we are extremely careful with our screening process and only consider applicants that are qualified and who we feel will be suitable and trustworthy tenants.

We enjoy maintaining good communication which helps with making sure that everything runs smoothly throughout the lease period.

We offer both procurement and managed rentals, depending on what is preferred and are happy to discuss the different options.

We offer the following:

  • Top marketing websites are used to attract potential tenants who are pre-qualified, and viewings are arranged on appointment only.
  • On receiving an application, thorough credit checks to verify ID, employment, previous rental history and affordability are conducted.
  • On approval from the Landlord, a lease agreement will be sent to the tenant for signature and forwarded to the Landlord for final signature.
  • We ensure that all legal documents and required deposits are in place before occupation.
  • Detailed inspections are done before occupation and at the end of the lease period with a mid-lease inspection to make sure that your property is being cared for.
  • We utilise RedRabbit, a professional Inspection and Maintenance system, which provides both tenant and landlord access to inspection reports and photos.

Our accounting is done via WeConnectU which is a professional rental account management system. Invoices are sent out on the 25th of the month and we keep a close check to ensure that payments are received on time. All property owners receive proof of payments as well as a monthly statement with the breakdown of amounts received and paid, with a full tax statement at year end.

We are happy to assist with making levy or municipal payments on behalf of Landlords if required.

Any maintenance issues will be discussed with the Landlord and quotations can be provided on request.
