Our accounting is done via WeConnectU which is a professional rental account management system. Invoices are sent out on the 25th of the month and we keep a close check to ensure that payments are received on time. All property owners receive proof of payments as well as a monthly statement with the breakdown of amounts received and paid, with a full tax statement at year end.
We are happy to assist with making levy or municipal payments on behalf of Landlords if required.
Any maintenance issues will be discussed with the Landlord and quotations can be provided on request.
